			Nicu Harajchi, Co-Founder, Chairman Mr. Harajchi is the Co-founder and chairman of N1 Fund and has over 10 years of experience in the financial field. Before establishing N1 Fund, Mr. Harajchi worked for several other European based hedge fund companies with responsibilities which included building up and strengthening new and existing regional distribution channels, and creating strategic alliances and partnerships. These include distribution through institutions such as banks, securities houses and other well recognized high net worth advisers. Currently, Mr. Harajchi acts as chief portfolio manager of N1 Global Fund and sits on the board of the investment committee. As portfolio manager, Mr. Harajchi is responsible for actively building the portfolio, conducting stringent risk management, and carrying out strict due diligence procedures of the underlying managers, as well as constantly monitoring the portfolio for investment opportunities.
			Jonathann Savigny, Director of Business Development Mr. Savigny is a Director of N1 Fund and has over 10 years of experience in the finance industry and specializes in Alternative Investments and Derivative Products. Mr. Savigny accumulated a wealth of experience from various financial companies and asset management companies. Prior to joining N1 Fund, Mr Savigny was the Vice President for an Asset & Wealth Management Company and serviced private and institutional clients. He also worked for several alternative wealth management companies where he advised, marketed and sold hedge funds and other alternative investments to private and institutional clients. Mr. Savigny graduated from University Paris Dauphine specializing Business Administration, Strategic Management and Finance.
			Gordon Mattison, Director of N1 Asset Management Mr. Mattison is a Director of N1 Asset Management. Gordon Mattison is the Managing Director of OBS and was the Chief Financial Officer of Cayman Airways Limited, the national airline of the Cayman Islands from October 1998 until October 2006. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree received in 1987 from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada. He is also qualified as a Chartered Accountant in Canada in 1990 and as a Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Professional in Canada in 1995. He completed the Canadian Securities Course in 1998.
